Every line has a story. Simplicity, Context, and Emotion form the core of our design language.
At Dehzaa, we believe a building is merely a physical shell until it is given a soul. Our name reflects this core philosophy: Deh comes from Deho (the physical body), and Zaa is derived from Zaan (life or life force). Together, Dehzaa represents the act of breathing life into a structure. We approach every project—from the initial spatial planning to the final, tactile finishes—with the goal of transforming raw materials into living architecture. We don't just build spaces; we design environments that communicate, breathe, and live in harmony with the people who inhabit them. .

Pradyut Majumder is an architect with over 10 years of professional experience in the architectural and construction industry, specializing in the design and development of residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects. His work reflects a deep understanding of architecture as a discipline that extends beyond aesthetics, creating spaces that are functional, meaningful, sustainable, and responsive to human needs.
He completed his Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from Piloo Mody College of Architecture in 2016. Following his graduation, he gained valuable industry exposure through professional internships and by working under renowned architects in Kolkata. These formative experiences helped shape his design philosophy and provided a strong foundation in both architectural design and project execution.
Over the course of his career, Pradyut has been involved in a diverse range of projects, including large-scale residential townships, high-rise and low-rise housing developments, group housing, row housing communities, office buildings, mixed-use developments, institutional facilities, and private residences. His portfolio also includes selected interior design projects, where attention to detail, functionality, and user experience play a central role.
Having worked on projects of varying scales and complexities, he has developed expertise in design development, project coordination, construction documentation, consultant management, statutory approvals, and execution support. His approach combines creativity with practicality, ensuring that each project is not only visually compelling but also technically efficient, sustainable, and buildable.
Driven by a passion for thoughtful design and continuous learning, Pradyut believes that architecture has the power to positively influence the way people live, work, and interact with their environment.
